Dear Parents/Guardians,
It is the school’s policy that all pupils, including children in Nursery, wear school uniform. We believe that wearing our ‘Harehills Blue’ uniform helps to create a sense of pride and belonging to our school.
We encourage and support all our children to come to school looking smart, comfortable and ready to learn.
Standard School Uniform
The following uniform should be worn on non-PE days:
Black or grey skirt, pinafore dress or school trousers
White blouse or polo shirt
Royal blue cardigan or school sweatshirt
Royal blue summer dress
Royal blue shalwar kameez
Black headscarf (white may be worn in summer)
Black school shoes or black trainers
Jewellery and Watches
No jewellery is to be worn in school, apart from stud earrings and religious based items.
Standard, single-function, non-expensive watches may be worn.
Children should not wear expensive or multi-function watches, including smartwatches or watches that connect to the internet. The school cannot accept responsibility for watches that are lost or damaged.
All watches must be removed for PE lessons.
Footwear and Outdoor Clothing
All children must wear suitable BLACK footwear to school.
Children should also bring a coat or jacket to wear when outside, particularly during colder or wet weather.
PE Kit
Children should wear:
Royal blue T-shirt – provided by the school for all children
Black, blue or grey joggers, leggings or shorts
School Uniform Supplier
Our local supplier for school uniform is Uniwears School Uniform Shop, located on 34 Nowell Ln, Leeds LS9 6JE.
Royal blue sweatshirts and cardigans without the school logo are also available from most supermarkets and are acceptable as school uniform.
